Studio Policies

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

$100 deposit per day is required to reserve the studio. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Alcohol is not allowed on the premises unless a special event insurance policy is taken out listing (2307 Foothill Boulevard LLC/DBA Pasadena Studio Rental) as additionally insured.

Any time above 9 hours (including set up and tear down) is billed at $50 per hour in minimum increments of 1/2 hour.

Overtime charges will be automatically billed to your credit card.

Renter is responsible for any damage to the RMS premises.
